Courtroom collective

Trial preparation, onsite trial support and trial operations consulting for litigators. We Bates-number and index your exhibits, draft the case chronology, and build tabbed witness binders your team can find anything in. We run pre-trial focus groups while there is still time to change the plan. Standard trial preparation is complete in 45 days.

02

Binders, tabbed

Witness binders printed and tabbed, so nothing is hunted for at counsel table.

01

Exhibits, indexed

Prepared and Bates-numbered, with a cross-referenced index, before anyone opens a binder.

03

Timeline, drawn

A case chronology and cast of characters the whole team can work from.

Our Services

Everything a case file needs before you walk into the courtroom: digital exhibit preparation, a cross-referenced exhibit index, a case chronology, witness binders, a QR-coded exhibit database, jury profiles and a voir dire question bank, damages models, slide deck support, daily exhibit logs, and a post-trial binder organized for appeal. Standard delivery is 45 days from intake.

Standard Trial Preparation

Everything in Standard, plus someone in the room: real-time exhibit management and objections logging, emergency reprints, a courtroom supply and technology kit, jury observation notes, daily attorney debriefs, trial notebooks rebuilt each evening, and direct coordination with court staff on exhibit admission. Onsite trial support is currently booked through May 2027.

Premium Trial Preparation

Test the case on strangers before you test it on a jury: a screened panel matched to your venue, a moderated session recorded in full, deliberation observed and timed, verdict and damages straw polls, written findings on what landed and what confused, and a revised voir dire question bank. Most useful 60 to 90 days out, and quoted per case.

Pre-Trial Focus Groups

For firms that want trial preparation to run the same way every time: a review of how the firm works today, a written assessment of where time is lost and where exhibits go wrong, naming conventions and templates the whole firm can follow, technology recommendations, a written playbook, and training for the people who will use it. Quoted after a short discovery call.

Trial Operations Consulting

THE COLLECTIVE ADVANTAGE

An attorney should never be hunting for a document at counsel table.

Trial preparation fails in the same few places: an exhibit nobody can find, an index that does not match the binder, a timeline built the night before. We work the other way round. Every exhibit is Bates-numbered, cross-referenced and logged, so the document your witness needs is in your hand before opposing counsel finishes the question.

Behind that sits a working network rather than a staff list: trial paralegals, exhibit specialists, court reporters, videographers and trial technicians, brought in case by case. Standard trial preparation is delivered in 45 days and runs remotely for firms anywhere in the country. Onsite trial support across the Southeast is booked through May 2027.

Two services sit either side of that work. Pre-trial focus groups test your themes, exhibits and damages figures on a screened panel drawn from your venue, before voir dire. Trial operations consulting rebuilds how the firm itself prepares: naming conventions, exhibit indexes, witness binders, trial notebooks and the technology behind them, written down as a playbook your team can run without us.
